Our shipping services apply to all products available in our store. Every item purchased through Geenle will be carefully packed and shipped in accordance with our handling and delivery standards.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 19:00 (7:00 PM) GMT-5, Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or during weekends and U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

Once an order has been confirmed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for handling and processing. During this period, our team verifies order details, prepares the items for dispatch, and ensures all products meet our quality standards. Handling is conducted from Monday to Friday only.

Transit and Delivery Time

After processing, shipments typically take between 4 to 13 business days to reach their destination, depending on the customer’s location and carrier efficiency. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

When combining both handling and transit periods, customers can expect to receive their orders within approximately 6 to 18 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Geenle proudly offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional fees will be charged for standard delivery. If expedited or special shipping options are introduced in the future, they will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Currency and Payment Notes

All prices and transactions are processed in USD. If your payment is made using another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
