Refund policy

At Geenle, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. This policy applies to customers located in the United States.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not due to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for return.

Return Window

Customers have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@geenle.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label to download and print. This label must be securely attached to your return package before shipping it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Geenle will bear the full cost of return shipping. Customers will not be charged any additional fees for returning their products.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for any return or exchange processed under this policy.

Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 20 business days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, please contact our support team within the 45-day return window. Exchanges will be processed under the same terms as returns, with no additional shipping or restocking fees.
